Day 1: Almaty - Tamgaly - Altyn Emel
We are glad to see you in Kazakhstan. When you arrive at the airport, you will be met and transferred to the south of Kazakhstan. Then we will travel to Altyn Emel national park, stopping at Tamgaly Tas on the way. Travelers will pass Kapshagai water reservoir. It is the biggest in Almaty region, with the casinos of "Kazakh Las Vegas" on its bank. We will arrive to Tamgaly Tas, the first exploring destination on the bank of Ili river. Tamgaly Tas is the exclusive monument with images of Buddha's and texts in Tibetan, Kalmyk and other languages. Then we will travel to Basshi village, which is situated at the territory of Altyn Emel National Park and have a trip to the Singing Dune. It reaches a height of 150 meters and a length of about 3 km, and is situated in one of the corners of the Altyn Emel National Park. This sandy hill contains of pure sand, which starts to "sing" in windy weather and its sound repeats the organ music. We will return to Basshi village. Overnight is in a hotel.

Day 2: Altyn Emel
Today we will travel via unpaved park roads over 80 km (approx. 2 hours) to the Aktau Mountains. Aktau Mountains (White Mountains) are famous paleontological field. In the layers of Paleogene lacustrine deposits well-preserved remnants of ancient animals whose age is assessed at 25-30 million years have been found. There are the relics the giant rhinos, crocodiles, turtles. Admire huge conical mountains prompt the Egyptian pyramids and are a charmed sight of the diversity of forms and colors. After sightseeing at Aktau mountains, you will return to Basshi village. Night is in a hotel.

Day 3: Altyn Emel - Charyn - Almaty  
Today is transfer to Ash-tree Grove on the Temerlik River. In the lower reaches of the Charyn River and its branch Temirlik there is an exclusive place, where rare species of Sogdian Ash-tree are rising. According to a legend, 5 million years ago a wind blew a feathered seed of Sogdian Ash-tree in this so-called "Valley of Yurts". In 1964 the Ash-tree Grove has achieved the status of the monument of nature. The four trees of about the same age are enclosed off in the grove. It is some kind of open-air museum. Later on is transfer to Charyn Canyon. On arrival you will have a chance to see the grand panorama and go down the stairs to the bottom of the canyon, then walk around 2 km via the warren of the Castles Valley with its walls of curious shapes. Charyn Canyon is a natural complex, exclusive in its kind not only in Kazakhstan but also global. It was appeared during Paleogene and prompts the Grand Canyon of Colorado River in North America due to its size. In the end of day is transfer to Almaty. Rest is in a hotel.

Transfer to Almaty International airport.
